Orders & Shipping
When will my order ship?
Every item in our shop is made to order, just for you. Because each piece is printed and crafted fresh, orders are typically produced and prepared for shipping within 2 to 7 business days before they head your way.
How long will delivery take?
Once your order ships, estimated delivery is 3 to 7 business days within the United States and 10 to 20 business days internationally, depending on the destination. Your total time from order to doorstep is production time plus shipping time.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $100. For orders under that, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your items and destination.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. Please allow a day or two for tracking to begin updating.
Why does shipping take a little longer than other shops?
Because nothing sits on a shelf — each item is made just for you when you order. It takes a few extra days, but it also means less waste and a product made fresh for your family.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Reach out as soon as you can at hello@cottagecreekgarden.com and we'll do our best. Once an item enters production we're usually not able to change or cancel it, so please double-check your order — especially sizes and your shipping address — before you check out.
Do you ship internationally?
We do. International customers may be responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country. These aren't included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy?
Because every item is made to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or an incorrect size or color chosen at checkout. But if anything arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we'll make it right — see below. You can read our full Refund Policy here.
My order arrived damaged or defective. What do I do?
We're so sorry — we'll fix it right away with a free reprint or a full refund. Just email us at hello@cottagecreekgarden.com within 30 days of delivery (45 days for international orders) with a clear photo of the issue and your order number. There's no need to send the item back.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
Since items are made to order, we aren't able to offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, color, or design, simply place a new order. And if your original arrived damaged or defective, see above — that one's on us.
I ordered the wrong size. Can I return it?
Unfortunately we can't accept returns for sizing mistakes on made-to-order items, so please check the size chart on each product page before ordering. If you're unsure, email us first — we're happy to help you find the right fit.

How do I find the right size?
Each apparel product page includes a size chart with measurements. When in doubt, reach out before you order and we'll help you choose.
How should I care for my items?
For printed apparel, we recommend washing cold inside out, tumble drying low, and skipping bleach and ironing directly over any print. A little gentle care keeps the colors looking their best.
Are your products really made to order?
Yes! Almost everything in our shop is printed and crafted just for you after you order. It's a slower, more thoughtful way to make things — and a little kinder to the planet.
